Software QA / Support / Implementation


We are looking to fill Software Support, Quality Assurance and Implementations positions at our Columbus, Ohio, office. We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic, intelligent individuals with a “can-do” attitude who are willing to learn and grow within our company. The successful candidate(s) are expected to be relatively inexperienced, either having just earned his/her degree or having only a year or two of professional experience. This position will work and communicate closely with our more experienced team members on a frequent and regular basis.

This position involves software testing, onsite implementations/installation as well as being part of the first line of on-call support to troubleshoot and resolve customer reported technical and operational issues.


  • Review existing code and make required modifications
  • Submit all designs and code modifications for peer review
  • Write, maintain and execute test plans
  • Take responsibility for multiple tasks in multiple projects
  • Provide on-call customer support to help assist with operational and system-related issues
  • Willing to travel to support customer implementations


  • B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field, or 2 years of equivalent work experience
  • Strong written and verbal communications and interpersonal skills
  • Experience designing software applications
  • Familiar with distributed systems
  • Prefer experience with C and Python development
  • Prefer experience in Linux environment
  • Prefer experience with MySQL
  • Experience with .NET is also a plus
