VARGO® addresses increasing efficiency in an e-commerce fulfillment world

Fulfillment is a big concern for e-commerce executives. And with good reason. With roughly half of U.S. households belonging to Amazon Prime, which offers free, two-day shipping on some 50 million items, millions of shoppers have come to expect free, fast shipping. But shipping isn’t free to the retailer, and it costs even more when it’s expedited. That reality has forced retailers to develop delivery strategies that allow them to retain their best customers while still making money.
