HILLIARD, Ohio (Sept. 7, 2018) — VARGO^®, a leading provider of material-handling systems integration, warehouse execution software and equipment solutions for major fulfillment and distribution centers, has welcomed Michele Becker to the team as a project manager.

In this role, Becker will serve as a key member of the VARGO^® systems integration team, providing critical project management support to fully integrated systems projects.

Before joining VARGO^®, Becker served for five years as an accounting assistant at Schonhardt and Associates, a Columbus-based management, accounting and consulting firm. Previously, Becker worked for six years at Smiths Medical, where she was a research and development engineer. She also has worked at Inland Fisher Guide, a division of General Motors, as a quality and reliability engineer.

Becker grew up in Pittsburgh, Penn. She graduated from the University of Dayton in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering Technology. She is a past member of the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers, a professional society dedicated to the support of industrial and systems engineering professions, and the Society of Women Engineers, a nonprofit organization centered around providing women engineers a place and voice within the industry.
