In 2020, VARGO^® promoted long time company leader, Carlos Ysasi to Senior Vice President. Since joining VARGO^®,Carlos has used his keen intellect and business sense to focus on providing state-of-the-art supply chain solutions for our customers. While Carlos continues to provide direct oversight to the solutions design, engineering and implementation teams, his focus is also on strategic and long-term planning.

Carlos has nearly 30 years of consulting and industry experience in retail and uses his strong engineering and consulting experience and the strengths of his engineering team to develop both conceptual and detailed distribution center designs for VARGO^® clients. Prior to joining VARGO^® in 2022, Carlos worked for Dillard’s, Neiman Marcus and Pier One Imports giving his keen insight into store operations and distribution solutions focused on customer needs and expectations. Carlos also worked at Sedlak Management Consultants, a supply chain consulting firm for the retail, manufacturing, wholesale and direct-to-consumer distribution industries.

His leadership and insight has been instrumental in the growth and success of VARGO^®.
Over the years Carlos has taken on many responsibilities including sales, solutions design, engineering, planning, key account management, and being an overall subject matter expert for our customers.

Carlos received a Bachelor of Science in industrial engineering from Texas A&M University.
