Omnichannel Fulfillment

Serve multiple channels from one facility, one inventory, and one coordinated operation.

When eCommerce, retail replenishment, wholesale, and other channels run through separate inventory pools and workflows, the operation duplicates stock, labor, processes, and space. Competing priorities also become harder to manage as demand shifts across channels.

Omnichannel Fulfillment brings different order types, service levels, and unit-of-measure requirements into one coordinated operating model.

Shared inventory can serve multiple channels while work is prioritized and routed according to order requirements and available capacity. This allows channels to run side by side without fragmenting inventory or duplicating fulfillment processes.

Process flow

How Omnichannel Fulfillment coordinates work across channels

Orders from eCommerce, retail replenishment, wholesale, and DC-to-DC channels enter a shared execution environment. Each order is prioritized according to its service requirements, inventory availability, and live operating capacity, then routed through the appropriate picking, sortation, consolidation, packing, or palletizing process.

Labor, automation, and inventory are balanced across channels so work can move through different fulfillment paths without one channel overwhelming the others.

Orchestrated by COFE®

COFE® prioritizes work across channels, allocates shared inventory, routes orders to the appropriate automation, and balances labor pools as demand shifts—keeping eCommerce, retail replenishment, wholesale, and DC-to-DC work coordinated within one operation.
